Do you have a cancellation policy?General Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule a session. To maintain fairness to our trainers and clients, the following policies apply to all training sessions, including group and private sessions. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy · 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. · Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours): Any cancellation made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full or result in the loss of one session credit. · No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for a scheduled session and fails to provide notice, the session will be fully charged or deducted from their package/membership. Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. If a cancellation is due to a medical emergency, injury, or unexpected circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion. Group Training & Class Cancellations · Clients must cancel at least 12 hours before a group training session or class to avoid losing a session credit. · If fewer than two participants are signed up for a class, Body Mechanix reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the session with notice to registered clients. Membership & Subscription Cancellations · Clients with monthly memberships must provide at least 14 days' notice before the next billing cycle to cancel or pause their membership. · Membership cancellations due to injury, relocation, or other circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds & Expiration Policies · No refunds will be issued for unused sessions unless a cancellation is made in accordance with our policy. · Purchased training packages or sessions must be used within the specified expiration period (typically 3-6 months from the purchase date). Extensions may be granted for medical reasons with proper documentation.

Are there any rules or guidelines for using the turf and batting cages?Footwear: Clean, appropriate athletic shoes or cleats are required on the turf. No metal spikes are allowed in batting cages. Equipment: Only bats and helmets approved for batting cage use are permitted inside the cages. If you’re unsure, please consult our staff. Food & Drinks: Water is allowed; however, food, gum, and beverages (other than water) are generally not permitted on the turf or inside batting cages. Glass bottles are strictly prohibited. Safety First: Children must be supervised at all times. Please follow all posted warnings and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Damage & Liability: Renters are responsible for ANY damages incurred during their session, including damages caused by guests or participants. Clean Up: At the conclusion of your rental, please gather personal belongings and dispose of any trash in designated receptacles.
